Good morning everyone. I will be having a cup of regular with irish cream shortly..Ate breakfast already so had to wait a bit...I am on my way to work, manager day...I really hate these as I do not get off until 730 but hey I have a job right.......
QOTD: Any new years resolutions that are weight related? I need to start exercising again I havent in about 2 months. No excuse just havent.................Bad girl...........The biggest loser starts again Tuesday evening.....Maybe that will motivate me!

QOTD: No - no real resolutions regarding weight this year. I have stopped exercising too about 2 months ago and would like to get back into it - but I'm not too worried about it at the moment. I'm getting my Tummy Tuck on Jan 15th so I'll be laid up for awhile after that anyway.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I am starting the gym back up on monday. I have an appt with a personal trainer besides. I just let Nov & Dec go by without using 2 mo. of my 1 year membership. I wanted to start getting in all the suppliments (like I mentioned before), get to goal by the end of the year and a few other things that are weight related.

Good Morning, I got to spend last night at home in MICHIGAN, in my own bed....ahhhhhhh !
Today I am starting slow, it was a long drive yesterday and I did most of the driving DH wasn't feeling well, not complaining, I really don't mind.
Drinking my strong black coffee, to get the engines going, then on to Chocolate protein Coffee, mmm.
QOTD: I don't make resolutions, but I started a goal this past November of getting back on track, gettin rid of the extra pounds I have put on the last few years (being happily married is dangerous to the weight....LOL) and I will continue with that for this year and my goal is to have all of it gone and maybe some extra by November!

I have chocolate protein powder, sf Caramel syrup and of course coffee. Woke super early and began a new work out boot camp on sparkpeople.com. Kinda cool. the coach sets the agenda and post videos you do the work out part strength and part cardio daily for like 10 weeks.
I made it through day 1. Yahoo.

Even tho, today is officially New Yrs Res Day. (the day you are suppose to start them) I don't make resolutions. I do set goals that have open ended deadlines. That seem to work for me.
I am setting my targets on
exercising more
being more vigilant about my vitamins.
and getting a make over some time this year.

Time to start planning our next meet n greet!

I have had breakfast and I am starting on my water. I have been so bad about getting my water in lately. I am at work this morning and boy was it cold out at 630am.
QOTD- I don't have any resolutions . . but I did start exercising about 3 days ago . .didn't want to wait until Monday to get back in check. I would like to lose 20 lbs. by the end of summer . . now that I have had my tummy tuck I am much more motivated. I can't wait for the biggest loser to start . . I believe that some of the things they do are unrealistic but I get good ideas on meals and I feel motivated watching them.
